    Very poor Macdonalds. Food was not hot at all (lukewarm at best), attitude of management when mentioned to him was very poor (a brief apology, offer to replace - then an instruction (yes, an instruction, not a request) to throw the remnants of my poor meal in the bin followed by him telling me to stop shouting, when I had not been shouting).Other than the food and the manager, this was a very nice place, clean, and had a good atmosphere.Oh - and the bins were full to overloading in the car park - at least the local seagulls were getting a treat..

    Ideal before or after the walk on seashore.Only min from the windmill,perfect for a quick "refuelling".Food as usual,we all know what it is,the quality is good,the staff kind and helpful.No need to wait too much,even on a busy day,you can enjoy your meal in max. min.Parking: The windmill is only min away,the Lakes with the Spitfire is min away.

    Remember when McDonalds was fast food? None that work there were born when it was, they're all kids and lack professionalism. Where are the grown-ups to ensure the job is being done to a high standard and these kids aren't standing around talking whilst there are things to be done?After nearly a minute wait, we finally collected our food and it was cold. This particular branch needs some serious staff training or at least someone with a good work ethic to maintain a high standard. This is the second time I have visited this branch, the first was terrible but I had hoped it was an off-day. Nope, they appear to pride themselves on being terrible. Lytham McDonalds has to be one of the worst I have ever visited, definitely out of chances now.

    Not sure what’s going on here lately although fast food isn’t fast anymore. minutes we waited for two meals. It was absolute bedlam. Next time we will nip round the corner for a sit down meal as it takes just as long and costs just as much.Staff are too busy to cover the front till, no napkins, massive Q of people asking for basics like sauce, napkins, trying to pay.Maybe they need to invest in more staff at busy times as they were all working hard but service was shocking.
